- Hello! My name is Melissa and I am a photographer based in Los Angeles, CA. Being a first generation Cuban American, I was born and raised in Las Vegas, NV and I decided to pursue a career that felt.....right! I graduated from Art Center College of Design in 2008 and started shooting for magazines immediately after. Working for several publications in Southern California (Los Angeles, Orange County, and San Diego) I'm taking pictures and loving every moment of it!
